WEE was today approved as a Voluntary Student Organization (VSO) by the Stanford Office of Student Activities (OSA). Oct 17, 2004 - Sally Ride Science Festival

WEE participated in a Sally Ride Science Festival on campus this year and it was a huge success!! Sarah Harriman (with debugging help from Augusto Roman) built an EKG (electro-cardio-gram), as suggested by Viola Rieke. Sarah manned the table at the festival along with Taly Gilat, and no doubt made a good impression on many of the young girls (and boys, along with their parents) that stopped by to try the EKG. SEE PICTURES!

Sept 28, 2004 - Big Sister/Little Sister Program Kick-Off

Today we matched up over twenty pairs of big and little sisters! The matching was done during a lunch meeting, where everybody introduced themselves and by going from person to person we found a big sister/little sister to suit everyone! Those that could not attend the meeting, but emailed us, were matched up later.
